These aluminum storage bags are great for use in the fridge or freezer. They are much stronger than a single use bag. They are easy to open and close and they seal well. You are also able to stand these bags up. This set comes with a variety of sizes. They also have a cute design. I definitely recommend these storage bags.

I would place these smack dab in the middle of a typical plastic bag and a silicone bag. I ordered the large and it’s gallon size. Once zipped up it’s tight. I can’t push any air out. The design on the outside is cute too. The three stars is due to the thinness - yes, it’s reusable but for how long who knows. And about the reusing…the cleaning of this is a pain. I typically put my silicone bags on the top shelf in my dishwasher and all comes out fine. You can’t really do that with this and handwashing is fine but it’s not that easy.If these last a while and are truly “reusable” I will come back and add a star.

These foil bags are really nice! They do a good job of keeping food fresh in the freezer and they stay closed well. I dropped a star though because the little tab that zips it open and closed does not stay on the bag well. It slips off and then, to get the bag open, you have to wrangle it back on. That's pretty annoying. But other than that the bags are great.

These bags are great! I could do without the design, but who cares really? I have several sets of reusable plastic bags, but not many of them are good for the freezer, so these have solved that problem. They're a softer kind of "crinkly" sound/feel, if that makes any sense, the sliders are smooth, and they roll up and store away nicely. I was able to purchase this set through Vine for a discount, but I'm going to get the other sizes as well.

The material is similar to Mylar, not doubting this is aluminum foil, just as a point of reference. So they are thin and crinkly sounding. The closure is a slide type and worked fine, one did come off but I was able to reposition and reattach it. The bottom can even flatten out for additional space. The down side is that makes it a bit more difficult to clean, as these are also supposed to be reusable. I've never really trusted slide closures more than the traditional manual one though. But really no complaints, performing as they should for now.

These "aluminum bags" are pretty nice. They feel flimsy, but are a bit tougher than your average sandwich bag. Plus, they lock out light that can rob your food of vitamins. The slider is easy to use and sturdy. Filled with air, it's very hard to force any air out. Very close to airtight. All in a light weight package. (The medium is 9g each.)They're not very convenient to wash out, though. They're not as easy to flip around inside out as a typical thick freezer bag. Those can also be used multiple times. I would reserve these for when light blocking is key as they're a bit more expensive.

These bags are the perfect size, I chose medium, which easily holds a few cut vegetables or steak-sized cuts of meat. The zippers are quite strong, and didn't allow leaks, and the light and air blocking foil really did a great job keeping things fresh. These also did just as well keeping meat from getting freezer burned, and even made a fine carry pouch for some home-made trail mix on a hike. I love how much sturdier these are than plastic, and the included section to write the contents and date makes keeping my chest freezer organized so much easier! I was absolutely satisfied with these, in the fridge, freezer, or lunch bag, they are perfect and I recommend them 100%! 5-stars!!
