I bought these bearings for a substitute for rebuild Kit on my traxxas 3500 VXL motor. Since the new ones are non-rebuildable, these are rebuilding,you can add your own favorite grease. Even Brand new out of package. My RC runs like a brand new car. Money well spent.

These bearings are perfectly sized for my Traxxas Rustler 2wd. The wheel bearings and transmission bearings were over a year old so i replaced them with these new ones, and I was assuming I'd get another 6 - 8 months before I'd have to buy more since I've been driving more frequently. Unfortunately, these bearings may look shielded, but whatever material they're made of rusts very easily. After 3 trips to my partially muddy backyard, one of my wheels bound up and wouldn't spin freely, the culprit? Muddy water had seeped inside the bearings and caused the balls to rust, a little WD-40 loosened it up but now I can't drive in mud or rain until I get some OEM bearings. Disappointing. Just spend the extra money and get some real bearings, these aren't meant for basher trucks, these are more meant for sunshine street racers.

As part of my annual maintenance routine with my RC car collection, I was given four of the 12 required metal bearing replacements to use with my Tamiya Plasma Edge II, body style TT-02B, and I decided to take a chance and buy these to finish the upgrade. I ended up having 2 left over, but the Plasma Edge II now runs smoother and quieter, as opposed to its original plastic bushings. I would definitely recommend these as the perfect substitute for Tamiya's 1150 type metal bearings.

perfect just what I needed, these are going on my traxxas rustler :)They come in the clear plastic pictured and have a cap that goes on so they wont fall out, very handy and keeps them from getting lost.
