  • Precise Fit: These press fit aluminum fence post end caps are made to fit 1” x 1” square tubing with a wall thickness of 0.090”. Outside radius edge 0.125”. To ensure a perfect fit we recommend measuring the outside dimension (OD) of your tubing and the internal dimension (ID) of the wall thickness. 10 Pack of metal post caps.
  • Application: Easy application using a rubber mallet, just tap into place, no weld or adhesive required. End cap will be a tight fit with no movement if correctly installed.
  • Uses: These aluminum end caps are commonly used to cap aluminum fence posts, handrails, balustrades, or wherever an open end needs capping. Not suitable for wood. Finish your project off with a long lasting quality cap. These aluminum end caps can be powder coated, imaged or anodised so you can match the end cap to your project creating a sleek look.
  • Packaging and Dimensions: Our packaging includes 10 items of square aluminum end caps. Outside dimensions of end caps are 1” x 1” with a 0.125” radius edge. Inside dimensions are 0.82” x 0.82”. Nelsons CNC premium aluminum end caps are manufactured from 6063 mill finished aluminum flat bars by CNC machines to ensure a precise and permanent fit.

They are extremely easy to install using a rubber mallet and simply tapping them in place. There is no need for welding or the use of adhesives.

Once in place our end caps are long lasting and highly durable unlike plastic counterparts. They remain fitted tightly with no movement for a sleek aesthetic.

It’s As Easy As One, Two, Three

  1. Choose the correct size for your tubing.
  2. Locate the beveled edge to the seat position of your end cap.
  3. Knock-in with a rubber mallet until firmly fitted.

That’s it! No welding or adhesive required. The beveled edge on the underside ensures easy installation.
