The ZWILLING Pro Cheese Knife is a well-made tool that works beautifully for soft cheeses like brie. Its design allows you to cut and serve soft cheeses effortlessly, making it a great addition to any cheese lover’s kitchen.This knife is made in China, as indicated on the cardboard packaging, and mine was shipped directly from Japan. I was impressed with how quickly it cleared U.S. customs—just within a day!One thing to note is that the knife doesn’t have a sharp blade, which limits its functionality. While it excels with soft cheeses, it doesn’t work well for semi-firm options like Jarlsberg. Keep this in mind if you’re looking for a more versatile cheese knife.Overall, this is a good-quality knife for soft cheeses, but it’s not a one-size-fits-all solution. If soft cheese is your primary focus, this knife will do the job perfectly.

O produto é bonito e tem um bom acabamento, mas devido ao seu design as fatias tem a tendência de serem grandes demais. Se estiver adquirindo com a intenção de obter fatias finas procure outra faca.

想像とは異なり、刃がかなり分厚いです。普通の包丁の3本分位の厚みです。固めのチーズをかなり分厚く押し切るとき位しか使えません。ちなみに、カマンベールやブリーなど柔らかいチーズに使うと、押し切る方式のため切り口が潰れて全然駄目です。切り口が汚くなるチーズナイフとは一体何のために存在するのか。どのように使うと真価が発揮されるチーズナイフなのか。私には使いこなすことが出来ませんでした。
