I ordered two pair of these pants and both are unwearable after the first washing because the elastic in the fabric of the pants has frayed at the seams. All along the seams it looks like rubbery fuzz sticking up off of the pants in one-inch-wide strips along the seams including a patch right in the crotch area. They are not wearable now because what woman wants to walk around with weird rubbery fuzz-looking threads sticking up on the crotch of her pants!!! Yikes. I washed them in cool water and let them hang to dry, so I think they were flawed when I bought them. Unfortunately I missed the return window. Don't waste your money on these!

I love the Millenium fabric of these pants; it's lightweight and stretchy, with good recovery and no sag. The fit is good, no sizing up or down necessary. They provide a neat, office-casual look at a great price point.

This pair i got in a size 18 plus. I struggle to find things that want to stay on your hips and these do. They have back pockets, but no hip pockets. I'm 5'2 and 250lb but the 18 plus is such a good fit I was surprised. They aren't uncomfortable or tight, they look like slacks but are more like leggings.The fabric quality reminds me of cargo pants. A bit weird to get used to but I suggest checking it out. They are thin enough to be comfortable in an office with a sweater.

I love Zac & Rachel pants for work, and these are no exception. The pull on style is super comfortable for all day wear, but the fabric retains structure and looks very appropriate for the office. Perfect for moderately dressy tops and a cardi for a business casual look. I don't know what some people are doing to make them wear out so soon(read in reviews). I have bought several pair over the years...some for work, some for casual and have never had an issue with excessive wear or falling apart, even after many washings. I do take very good care of my clothing, though.I have been looking for a pair of charcoal gray for work and these are perfect. I did find they ran a bit large. I ordered my usual size first, but ended up sending them back and sizing down. One size smaller is a perfect fit.
