I like that they sit lower on my hips but you can see through them a bit and I can tell the elastic waistband isn’t gonna get through too many washes without losing its stretch.

Good set of 3 pairs of tights. They are lightweight, and quite comfortable against the skin. I've worn for workouts and also for just lounging around the house. I am 5'8" 190 lbs and went with size large, and I am happy with the fit. Note: they are 3/4 length tights, not full length. So, they come up short, way above your ankles. I doubt I will wear out and about, because it looks like underwear tights, not like running tights. I think my primary use will be for winter sports, to wear these underneath my ski pants for alpine skiing.I like the small side pockets on each side. Can slip something in. It's not secure pocket, but it's good for holding little items like a phone, ID, a bit of cash or credit card.

There’s no compression in these pants what so ever! The price may be a grabber and the picture on the site are not what you actually get!! They will be great if you just need something to wear under shorts but will not compress and the seams aren’t stitched that great…

9-26-24 update - just a quick note about the side pockets…I put my iPhone 15 Pro Max in a lifeproof style case in the side pocket and went for a 5k jog. I started feeling like the leggings were being pulled down by the weight of the phone so I carried it the majority of my run. I may just have to keep using the phone armband.These mens 3/4 compression leggings by YUSHOW are great! They are a very heavy weight compression pant weighing 154, 160, and 162 grams compared to some full length base layer leggings I have that are only 131 grams. I like the calf length and the added side pockets to hold a cell phone secure which free’s me up from having to wear an armband cell phone carrier.

As I am modest I would not wear these to the gym alone. I ordered my standard size for a great fit. Great price for a 3 pack or you can purchase a 2 pack. Made of fast drying polyester.
