Much better quality padding than I expected, and it's very lightweight. Seems like this should have already been a thing for youth players.

I would first like to thank you for creating this product. The quality is fantastic and has held up for us for many years now with constant year round use. We love that it doesn't have the bulk and allows him the protection he needs without the restraint especially when playing baseball. As his own pitching and others have accelerated over the years I cannot tell you how many times he has been hit at the plate while batting but your product continues to protect him where it matters most.My son Henri, now age 12, had to have his kidney removed at 10.5 months old due to a condition called hydronephrosis where one of his kidney's was functioning at less than 5%. He is restricted from contact sports such as karate, football, hockey and lacrosse but has a passion for other sports he can participate in such as baseball, mountain biking and snowboarding. We purchased your amazing Pitch Guard product several years ago and he is required to wear kidney protection not only for baseball but when he snowboards and mountain bikes as well to protect his remaining kidney.Thank you for making a great quality product that not only protects our only child but allows him the freedom to live life to the fullest whether it is on the baseball diamond, his mountain bike or snowboarding down a New England mountain.

Ordered PitchGuard so my son would worry less about getting hit by the pitcher, and be more focused on hitting the ball. He's a young youth player with a lot of potential but if he's scared to get hit at this point, he could give up the game altogether. This small investment helped him overcome the fear of being hit until he gets stronger and pitchers become more accurate.

This is definitely a must have when you do baseball ! It’s well made, doesn’t obstruct any move and protect all the body parts subject to be hit. Wouldn’t have the kids practicing or playing games without it. A must have !

After my son's kidney was damaged from a pitch, he was very nervous to step back up to the plate. It took some time to do so, but this Pitch Guard really helped! While wearing the Pitch Guard, I feel good knowing that he is protected and he has the peace of mind to confidently step up to the plate. Parents, you don't know you need this until it's too late! It is so easy for your little softball or baseball player to strap on before hitting. Great, great product and so glad I found it!
