I liked the amount they hold very much didn’t care a lot about how deep they were I added the filling first then put them in the tray

It’s a little deeper than I expected but it keeps the eggs (deviled eggs) fresh and the leftovers don’t dry out

I had high hopes for this unit, that I could carry deviled eggs, or hard boiled eggs and fresh eggs. But alas it has several design flaws. First time put in dishwasher, top wrapped after cleaning and unable to latch closed. . Bottom has little perforation holes to breath but also ice cooler moisture leaks in and cooked egg sulphuric smell leaks into cooler. And finally, not suited for carrying large or extra large eggs.

I didn’t see anything on the product that indicated it was not dishwasher safe. I put it on the top rack in the dishwasher and it came out completely twisted. I’ve Never had any other product impacted like this in the dishwasher
