There are two items I liked with this purchase. 1st is the nice clean scent that the Balsam & Cedar Scent Plug refill leaves. The 2nd is the great customer support.

This product is as expected. While there was no damage, I could smell the oil and was grateful there was no damage. I typically order from Yankee, but this worked out fine.

One of the containers came broken, it made a huge mess, and filled the air with a lot of fragrance. It was wrapped in bubble wrap, but that wasn’t enough. I don’t think I’ll buy this from this company because of that again however, the scent is wonderful and Yankee candle makes the best Sense ever this product really works well and I’ll buy the cartridges elsewhere. Not on Amazon.
