With dual output options for 3.3V and 5V, it provides flexibility in different projects. This module allows for precise control and measurement by offering linear output based on the position of the slide potentiometer. It is easy to integrate into your electronics projects and can be used for a wide range of applications such as adjusting brightness, volume, or other analog parameters.

No son lineares y ademá son 5K y no 10K como descrito. No sirven para nada. Es un Fraude.

These are quite fragile. Eventually, the slider contacts stop working correctly.Avoid.

Three faults.1. Max resistance is 5 kOhms not 10 kOhms.2. 4 mm post and 8 mm insert on plastic slide cap. The cap rocks with hard presses.3. With the multimeter the potentiometers seem to hit peak resistance 4/5ths of the way down the slide, but a test with anduino it seems to be more or less linear. At $2.50 per potentiometer I think it is good enough for hobby projects.

Yes, I should have read the reviews first. Didn't seem too bad with 26 five star ratings (but NONE of those have any written comments - odd eh?). In fact the only ones with written comments are those, like this one, that have found problems and want to alert others to these. So, I can confirm that all five of mine were packed with 8mm post knobs, yet the pots have 4mm posts, so they fit on, but rock back and forth. Not a good user experience. And yes, they were packed together in individual bags, so clearly the wrong item was packed. And yes, these are not B10K Linear pots, they max out on my multimeter at 5.1K, and the two I extensively tested seem to behave logarithmically - they reach 4K ohms in the mid position. However on an Arduino they look a bit more linear but with only the middle say 35mm of the total 60 mm travel making most of the progress (the ends are unresponsive).Overall, avoid these. Go for something else.

As many others noted, these are not linear potentiometers, and aren't useful for the vast majority of things you'd want an analogue input for.

This is logarithmic, not linear ad stated.Buy a different one.

Three out of five have the wrong size cover for the slider (the slot for the post on the wrong size ones is too large and the cover can rock back and forth). These are IN the static bags with the parts so they were packed that way.Sold as 10k ohm linear. Some are 5k ohm some are 10k ohm. I haven't yet confirmed if they are linear or log, but considering the other issues I don't have any confidence that they are what is advertised.Definitely give these a pass if you have anything like actual specs that you are trying to meet, or at minimum be prepared to test and classify these parts on your own.

Some of them worked smoothly for a few slides and then stopped working. Others did not work smoothly from the start. Never will buy from this store again!
