My son said it was easy to put together . I got it for him for his 4 & 2 year old. The top bunk is 4 ft instead of 5ft. Railing around top are perfect.

A good product for younger people. Good weight, and holds 255lbs easily. Space underneath perfect for a desk, etc. Only about 4-4.5ft space so ducking happens

I have doubts that this bed will actually hold 200 pounds, more like the top bed will hold a max 100 and the trundle a max 100 but not each much more than that individually. The instructions took a bit of deciphering and a few times I thought they didn't send enough hardware, but it was actually the instructions being misleading. I do not think this bed will last more than a couple of years if were lucky. It is made from real wood, but it feels a bit flimsy or like it may snap of anyone jumps, flops, or sits too heavily on it. It does look really nice.

Would never purchase this for daily use, but perfect for the occasional overnight for the grandkids or friends under 200 lbs! Like the drawers, perfect for clothes the kids can change into if they accidentally need a change of clothes or a tee shirt pajama top for impromptu overnight stays. Does not come with mattresses.

The paint falls off and it looked like it was hand painted in a rush. Plus the drawers are not lined up correctly making them crooked
