Durable. The resistance seems to be correct. My only way to measure this low resistance accurately is by using a voltage standard in a meaningful range, validate my volt meter, then getting an appropriate voltage source with a sufficient current for me to measure the voltage drop across them. These devices perfectly meet my need.

These resistors tend to slide out of their aluminum housing easily. I have no idea what the white powder is that falls out of them is either but it concerns me greatly... I do not recommend these.
