A must have tool for control , don’t get a torn rotator cuff from your powerful drill , use 2 hands , did my research first , my dewalt drill didn’t come with a handle , I saw a collar on the drill obviously made for a handle , every one I saw didn’t give inside diameter till I found this one , it gives the inside adjustable range , my drill is 1.943” diameter on the collar/boss , which is 49.3mm , so do your math before ordering .

I made the mistake of unscrewing the handle from the loop part. Hard to get back together, still not easy to adjust. Nowhere near fitting my Rigid hammer drill.

You have to really force this arm on , be careful not to open to wide the nut comes off and it takes forever to reassemble, buy a Dewalt

When I bought this item, I assumed it would be somewhat adjustable so it could be used on multiple drills or devices similar. This is not adjustable. The ring you see in the image is held together by a unique screw, think like the shape of a hammer. the ends of that "adjustable" ring have holes in them and they are attached to the screw. The screw is placed inside the handle of this tool; HOWEVER if you unscrew it completely, a bolt comes out and is a pain in the butt to get back inside the handle and then screwed back onto the screw. The only way to screw it back on is to drop it into the handle, line up your screw and gently screw on until you cant pull the screw off again. I dont understand why it was developed this way but it was kinda annoying and then then this barely fit my drill.

I've had this handle on my Bosch Extreme Max for about 6 months now and drill about 16 - 24 holes a day with it. While the original Bosch handle is softer / more comfortable, this is a great replacement piece and good value for the $. Precision is very important to me and this handle allows you to drill accurately.

It’s just a straight up universal handle that fits hammer drills. It fit my Ryobi drill that no longer had replacement handles. It’s so easy to put on and tighten on.
