This order arrived in as pictured condition, arrived in timely manner. I’ve not used them, the shape and style, I like very much. Packed perfect. They will be used with formal china.

These are gorgeous. The shape is so cool with different china. I have a few sets of chargers but these are the prettiest. You can’t go wrong! Gold is lovely, not brassy.

I've tried with this company a 3 times. I give up! These plates looks as if they were spray painted. They are not supposed to look this dull. I know because I have several from my local party store and decided to get more since they were on sale for prime. None were broken this time. I previously purchased the red ones and they were broken, a few were cracked, and they were orange and red as if they were previously orange and cover in red. They had streaks in them which is why they were most likely cheaper than the others. Anyway, if you want matte, dull looking charger plates...these are for you but if you've seen what they are actually supposed to look like, you'd be disappointed like I was. I'm just glad I was able to return them and get my money back. The picture is false advertising. It's more of a dull, champagne color.

I have ordered in 2 occasions:First delivery : One of the plates was broken but other than that they look exactly as described and there are indeed 12 charger plates . I am sure that the broken plate is out of the control of the shop and the cracked happened in transit.Second delivery : 6 of the plates were broken ( 2 in pieces) .I will return both parcels

Yes, I read the reviews before I purchased, I was just trying to be positive. Although they are not all bad, 7 out of the 24 I purchased were indeed cracked or broken before they came out of the packaging. I think the company just needs better insulation for transport because the product itself is really pretty. I gave 4 stars because they are really nice chargers, it’s just an inconvenience to go through the return process and whatnot.
