The "15mm" Forstner Drill Bit that I received was, actually, 15.1 mm in diameter. I did find that a few minutes with a file pressed against the bit rotating in a drill press dealt (more or less) with the issue. But the workpiece where I first used the drill bit had to be discarded. Disappointing.
