I own 3. 1 battery died and the company replaced it easily. I like these timers.... I use them for my Christmas lighting, and they're straightforward.

I filled out an initial review when I first bought 3 of these times back in 2017. I gave it 5 stars. I use these timers for heat lamps that keep our sulcata tortoise (76 lbs now!) warm in the winter and runs a small evaporative cooler in the summers. It has no issue running them. This is a follow up review. 6 years later and all three are still working with no issues. Very impressed!! Buy with confidence.

It’s the only outdoor timer I’ve seen that can be programmed by the minute. Great feature. Not so great is the plastic window that keeps snapping down while programming it. The instructions are a little misleading. Instructions indicate there is an “AUTO” display that indicates the programmer is engaged. There’s no such display. There are the following: on, off, auto on, auto off. On leaves power running, off turns off all power, auto on seems to also leave the power on, and only the power off seems to engage the timer settings. It seems counterintuitive to me to say that auto off executes the programmed timers? Took me a few days by process of elimination to find the correct setting to engage the programmed settings.

This is our 2nd Woods timer. The other one still works for the 5th yr and we use it on our SWG for our pool. We needed another for our solar heater. The battery is still charged from 8 months ago and all timers still programmed in so do not have to reprogram for this yr. Very happy with both times. Great value and for us have lasted and worked great with no issues. Will buy again when one goes out.

When I attempted to set the timers to turn on at 6 PM and off at 10 PM, I selected the automatic on setting and that was the problem You need to select the automatic off setting when setting the timers and they will work. I think the instructions need to be clarified to make it easier to set up the timers.I purchased two timers to run my landscaping lights. The timers don't have the ability to turn on the lights. For some reason, they fail to trigger the flow of electricity. I thought perhaps I was at fault and didn't know what I was doing. However, I had two other friends attempt to set up the program and they had the same problem. The rubberized buttons are very fussy and need to be pressed in a certain way to get them to work. I am not satisfied with this product and I cannot recommend this product for purchase. Look else where for a more user friendly product.

es el segundo que compro, el otro que tenia lo dane yo, no por defecto o falla del timer, me duro mas de 3 anos sin ningun problema, muy facil de programar, lo uso para que prendan las luces del jardín y del patio, la cubierta transparente es de gran ayuda para el clima de aquí, fuertes lluvias y heladas y temperaturas de mas de 40c y bajas de -7c.

Overall, this timer works as expected, but sometimes it doesn't. You have 30 timer(s) you can set up. Weekly, 3 days a week, weekends only, and every conceivable time(s), days in between. I use it to run our pool pump during the night hours when electricity rates are supposedly, lower. I set a new timer to run the pump every day for 2 hours. It worked with no issues. I can't say what happened for the few times it did not work. Timer has survived several severe thunderstorms with no issues. Overall; I do recommend this product.
