Showed up cracked. Have customer waiting for install can take up to 30days for money back. Amazon only pays $3.99 towards shipping. This thing is 5’ long 40” wide and weighs 100pds. Will cost me a fortune and weeks to replace

Looked great until we installed as directions stated. Now when you step on it sounds like it’s cracking. Very noisy.

Not cheap but good quality. Perfectly flat and looks to be hand finished under the drain to ensure completely level surface.Impressive support structure underneath means this won’t bend or crack with uneven weight.

Came fast, is sturdy and was packed in such a way that we had no damages or anything. Fit the space perfectly and is really a modern touch! Love it! Oh and wayyyyyyy cheaper than big box stores!

Absolutely love the shower pan. Didn't realize until the contractor was about to install that it was designed to have a wall on the back. So I opted for a very short wall since I just wanted glass. Still came out nice, but keep in mind that it's designed to fit in a space with 3 walls. I would definitely buy it again though.

I gave this 3 stars because the base is well built but that is the only reason. First order base came with multiple cracks and scratches. Returned and reordered. Second base came and looked good until I opened the box to discover it was cracked in half. Third time should be the charm right? Nope. Amazon would not take back the second broke shower base and the third base came with a crushed edge right on the front of the unit. So I now own two broken bases.The packaging is not adequate to protect the base from damage so I can guarantee yours will come broken in some form or fashion. The base itself is nice and solid. I would recommend it if they could somehow get it to you in one piece without damage but with the base weighing as much as it does and the poor packaging it is simply not possible. Good luck if you choose to order.

This shower base has good support on bottom area, was strong, ridged and looks nice. It is very heavy too. There was damage to the corner of the base. I was very very lucky it was the corner in the furthest back corner so you could not see it and it did not effect the install. I was just lucky. Any other corner and it would have had to be sent back and of course would have delayed the project. A lesson learned: always unpack all your projects parts as soon as you get them to make sure they are in good shape.
