It is very pretty, but not thick enough wood to hold weight. It seems like plasterboard and not real hard wood. It doesn’t seem to none able to hold a lot of weight. Sent it back.

Very well made stool. I bought it for my bed which is a bit too high. The step stool is very safe and doesn't flip if you stand on it incorrectly

This low stool works well when seated or if you're seated at a desk. It is just high enough 4", especially if you're vertically challenged or need to have your feet off the floor but not uncomfortably elevated! The unique design, color and wood grain coordinates nicely with many decorating styles. It is light weight, easy to move, very stable and sturdy! It also comes with felt pads on the 4 foot corners that provide a non skid surface for safety and protects hardwood floors. Great alternative to typical ottomans or higher step stools.

It looks just like the photo online but is incredibly lightweight to the point of being flimsy. Does not seem well put together either. I would expect that it would not be durable and not last before breaking. Very expensive for such a cheap product.

It seems strong enough but is very lightweight and moves around too easily. It is not the hardwood I expected for the price and has the feel of balsa wood or a manufactured wood product full of cavities.

I got this for my senior dog to be able to jump on the couch. The top surface was too slick so I got some double sided tape and a counter liner and it's just perfect now. Very pretty little stool.

Careful using it first few times. Slipped getting out of bed and almost hit my head on bed frame. Going to add some anti slip strips to it. It does look nice though & is sturdy. Better then the mini step stool I kept by the bed before.
