I finally found them! These cotton blend sweatpants are just like the heavy, old-school ones I remember from my childhood. I loved them as soon as I opened the package. I sized up for a comfortable fit, and it was the perfect choice. The front pockets are deep and roomy, and there's a smaller pocket on the back.After washing, they held up perfectly – no fading, shrinking, roughness, or wrinkles. The length is perfect and they didn't do anything weird with the hem. The only thing I found odd was the extremely long drawstring, but that's a minor issue considering how great these sweatpants are otherwise. All that being said... I don't think I would work out in them. They just seem too heavy for that. These are the comfy pants you can't wait to get into as soon as the work day is done.

Sizing: I got the XL for my mom based on the waist size and the pants fit fine in the waist. But they're baggy and loose everywhere else.Fabric: has a very polyester feel. The outer layer is soft. The inner layer feels more like plain polyester and is cool to the touch. My mom wore them for a couple of hours and they never warmed to her skin. These are supposed to be sweatpants, which means they should be warm, not cool.All of this is very disappointing because these are very nice, well-made, good-looking pants. The outside seam on the pants leg has very attractive double set seams framing an inch or so of fabric. There are 3 good-sized, well construction pockets. The waistband is thick and has multiple seams as well as a satin bottom piece. The hems are thick and sturdy. I got the dark gray and it's lovely. These are nice enough looking that you could use them as slacks.Basically, though, unless you like a pair of sweats that is cool on the inside (which some people who exercise very well might), these are not good, warm, winter pants. Such a shame.

These aren't like any other sweatpants I own, and I love it. The fabric is durable, not the fluffy terry I'm used to, which isn't to say that the inside isn't soft. It's just not fleece. Along the with the serious fabric comes some serious construction. Instead of being rolled, the seam inside the waistband is covered, so it lies flat and doesn't add bulk. There wasn’t sizing information in the listing when I ordered them, so I got a Large, and it’s plenty big, with a 32-inch waist. I imagine they'll shrink a little in the wash, though. The photos were taken before washing, and for reference, I'm 5'5" and 140 pounds with a 31-inch waist.

These sweatpants are just ok. They are more baggy than i was expecting. They are definitely wide leg sweatpants. I didn’t like that they have two seams on each side because it makes them look too busy. They are soft on the outside, but thats about all they have going for them.I got a XXL, but would have gotten an XL or L if i knew how wide the legs were going to be. For reference i am 5’5”, 190 lbs. Overall, would not buy again.

I got these pants from the gaulupue store in size X-Large. I am usually between two sizes, XL and XXL and I was worried about the fit. However, since they are stretchable, they fit well and they will fit even better after I lose some weight. For reference, my weight is 225 pounds and my height is 5 feet and 10 inches. I wish they would be available for tall sizes of a longer length, since they do not cover my ankles. The material is 60% cotton and 40% polyester. I am not sure why "Except for other ingredients" is written on the label, since the cotton and polyester already make 100%. There are only some symbols written on the label for the care instructions. I had to search for their meaning and I think one of the symbol means the pants should be washed by hand. I was confused since it is written in the item description that they are machine washable. I do not have time to wash by hand, so I washed them in the washing machine in the delicate cycle, followed by air drying. They washed well, and I did not notice any shrinkage. The pants came out like new, with no wrinkles. I am pleased with these pants and I would recommend them to a friend!

From my wife:I must admit that I’ve never worn this kind of yoga pants -- I’ve always worn nylon/elastic blend yoga pants, but when I saw these, I thought they might be good sweat pants for walking in the chilly morning air. However, they are not as warm as I expected. The product page says 60% cotton, but they don’t feel like cotton. On the inside, they're cool and smooth to the touch, which some people may like, but not me. Oddly, the fabric is certainly thick enough to make one believe that they're meant for cold temperatures. I guess I won’t be wearing these when it’s cold outside. Having said that, I still like these pants enough to give them 4 stars. I like the length -- it's a perfect fit on me. I’ve a 26” waist, and size S is snug on my waist. The pockets are nice, but they are on the front and not on the sides, so it's a little awkward at first and takes some getting used to. The double seam on each leg is a nice detail. They make the pants more interesting and serve to elongate the look of the legs. I didn’t notice the double seam before ordering, so that was a nice surprise.

Yes! Although I ordered these sweats for warmer weather walking & workouts I was happy with the thick material. The three pockets are also a nice plus as I sometimes need pockets for my keys, and when sweats don't have pockets I end up having to hold my keys & phone the entire time. I love the pockets!Now, let's talk about the fit of the sweats because this is always the scary part about ordering clothing. The fit is...perfect! I was totally surprised: the fit is very nice & the length was just right for me. Being short (5') it's hard to find pants with a length that's just right for me.Unfortunately, I've only tried these sweats on...I have not washed them yet, so I can't comment on how they do once washed. If anything changes or the quality doesn't hold up over a short period of time I will come back and update the review. As for now, I am so into these sweats...
