Dont buy this model nor from this company. I have called 4 times and sent several emails. I keep getting passed around with no resolution. Trust me on this one

I installed this on my barrel and it lasted about six days before the shaft from the motor to the sling plate completely broke in half. This caused me to lose about 220 pounds of corn. I will purchase from another brand in the future.

I installed this just three weeks ago. I thought " Wow, this works Great! And this type spinner plate keeps the squirrels from feeding on top of the plate" Well this afternoon I happened to be watching when the feeder went off. I saw the whole centrifugal spinner plate assembly fly away from the feeder, and one hundred and fifty pounds of corn ( at $12.00 per 50 lbs//) run out the bottom of the feeder. This thing is assembled with a 1/8th inch shaft. The picture shows where it failed. As if I needed something more to work on. I can't get either end of the broken shaft out. 😡😡😡

It's an excellent product better what I had but it didn't wanna fit I had the reorder a different type Otherwise I wish this one would have fit because it's a heavy duty 1 I love it
