Fits well and can be snug. The metal latch helps to keep the belt in place. Covers the mid back.

this is easy to put on and adjust, and is wide enough to give support but not be uncomfortable. I think this works better than the more traditional style buckle and holes, and is easier to use.

This is the first belt I’ve ever bought and used and it’s changed my workouts so much! Me and my boyfriend can both use it (Size M bc it adjusts SOOOO much!) and it’s very sturdy with a lot of support and comfort! The Velcro strength is great and it’s worth every penny!

My gym has some lifting belts hanging that I can sometimes use. They're a bit funky and dirty, and I was hoping to grab my own belt. I wish the belt was wider in the support area because I feel it doesn't provide as much support as the old dingy ones in my gym.In terms of sizing, I normally wear a 32 inch pant. Obviously this goes over my shorts, so I ordered the XL size and was just right.

So this ended up working for me (F with 29” waist) with lots of room, but didn’t fit my husband at all. We think it’s how the Velcro doesn’t start near the beginning of the opposite end of the belt but you have to pull it around a lot to get to it. So I don’t really Need a weight belt but sure ok, I’ll test it out with a few deadlifts and heavy weight workout. Overall I liked this weight belt. It fit me just fine and I could pull it snug with no issue. Normally my husband orders Medium for his equipment so he was surprised when the Velcro didn’t even reach, so start off by probably ordering a size up from what you are used to. It has a nice weight without being bulky which I prefer in my equipment. Husband and I differ on opinions about Velcro vs buckle, but I’m not lifting hundreds of pounds and the Velcro isn’t going to fail with what I’m doing. (Buckle won’t lift off other side vs Velcro which does have a force where it will fail. for example in gymnastics most coaches prefer buckle grips to Velcro for safety once you start doing higher level skills so same principle applies here. If you are lifting very heavy get a buckle belt)I found it comfortable to use, and it stayed where I needed it to for lifting moderately heavy (for me). It came with two straps which we couldn’t figure out what to do with so I put them in the bin of unknown equipment.
