Engraving is very poor was suppose to be JRK, the J and the R are combined. Very disappointing.

I’ve been a continuous Amazon consumer and this is the worst experience I’ve had with them. Buying through a third party seller and having the items customized leaves little chance for a return. The engraving was done so cheaply and some of the clips had chips in them, but Amazon claims they can’t do anything because it’s a third party and the third party seller will only except returns for defective items despite me being unhappy with the product.
