Replaces conventional star nut & top cap, a must for carbon steerers.
Fits forks with steerer internal diameter of 19-21mm ( 1" steerers diameter 25.4mm ).
Conventional star nuts will scratch the inside of carbon fork steerers which can cause catastrophic failure.
Expander Plug Bung. eliminating the risk of damage and providing added support to the fragile top edge of the steerer.
