Put this on my old 16g DB to save my shoulder when shooting 100-120 rounds when out for a round of sporting clays. It's perfect! I kept 3 of the pad slips inside and I almost forget about the kick.

Fit on a old Remington 788 that was missing buttPlate .which comes to find out,hard to find a good replacement...Having some cushion in the bottom of cover was also a nice added bonus!

I am very happy with my purchase. The recoil pad was nicely packaged. The quality of the pad is impressive. I bought this mainly to protect the butt stock on my vintage Browning double automatic while hunting. This serves the purpose plus provides some added padding. The color looks great with the wood.
