I was actually very impressed with the thickness of this rope. It replaced my old aging one but this is much thicker and floats better. I attached the clamp to the life preserver and the ring to a hook on my fence for emergencies. The rope is coiled up and ready to be thrown quickly without tangling.

This safety product was a better value than others advertised. We did tie the two knots differently to secure the rope to the ring and clip.

Great for a small craft that hasn't the room for a standard 20" ring. Safety of life at sea item. Buy one if you haven't one aboard.

First of all the ring is small, which I could definitely see from the pictures and for the price, you should know that. So don't expect to be receiving a full size emergency tube. I also see a lot of complaints that the color fades with exposure to water and sunlight after some time. I keep it hooked on my canoe which is always stored in my garage and I’ve never had to throw it in the water so I haven’t had any issues like that. For the price, It works as a good “just in case” emergency rope.

I got this for the kids when they go to the lake or ocean. My children like to pull those ever popular flat floating mats and jump off. This rope is great because of the floating. Grab one for yourself today. No this isn’t a paid review I do not know these people.

The rope turned from orange to white from the sun within the first month. After 4 months the rope is disintegrating. The ring completely separated from the rope bc it completely fell apart. The life ring hangs on the fence outdoors near the pool in the event it is ever needed. It didn’t even last one summer.

From the picture, I thought the tube was larger. Just big enough for someone to grab but I wanted a tube that would go around the waist. However, I will still keep it for safety reasons. Just a bit disappointed.
