I think this is a great concept that isnt quite perfected yet. Its so nice for the water inside the fridge to be hands free but I will say that with filling water bottles it is difficult not to make a mess with the water. I have kinda figured it out with trial and error. Glasses are much easier.

this works great! Why didn't Kitchenaid add this product on all their refrigerators that need two hands to get the filtered water out? Easy to install and it now only takes one hand to hold the water bottle and fill it with water. Genius.

Excellent function and so easy to install - really makes me wonder why Kitchenaide did not add this wonderfully simple, low cost, plastic lever to my frig to start with.

This is a cheap 3d printed piece. Works well, but when it loses tension it stops working. Took 6 months for me.They claim to have a warranty, but haven't responded to my email.

This is a very functional , easy to install must for any one who has a fridge with the water dispenser on the side panel . It saves people from using two hands for filling up water. Highly recommendThe only thing I would suggest is stop filling a bit early as it lags a bit and if your not careful you will spill water pretty easily

Instead of having to use both hands to fill a glass of water, now with this lever, we only need one hand. It has improved how we get our glass of water, fill the coffee maker, etc. We did have to raise one of the shelves one notch, which wasn't a problem, to clear the lever. Took about 10 minutes to install. It's not pure white like the inside of the refrigerator, slightly off white, but not a problem to us. The convenience outweighs the off-white color.

I would give this 100 stars if I could. It was so easy to install and works so well for our Maytag fridge. Seriously fits perfectly and dispenses water great.

I was skeptical at first but it's really great and made using the water dispenser in the fridge much easier. Now we can do everything one handed. The only thing is that after about 6 weeks of use it warped a little so it has to be pressed at exactly the right spot to work. But I would still buy it even with that.

I bought this for my whirlpool fridge. I installed it properly and it doesn’t work. The plastic is too thin to actually engage the water button as intended. Very disappointed. I thru it right in the garbage. Don’t waste your money.

This is the best thing ever. Get water with one hand. No twisting to get in place. Just be careful to keep the glass under the spout to catch any drips.

This is the perfect addition to a refrigerator that has a water dispenser with a button to press for water. This addition enables you to fill a glass with one hand. It was easy to install, the instructions were easy to follow. One piece pops out and this just pops in! I initially thought it seemed pricey, but after installing and using it I believe it was definitely worth the price.

This conversion kit is simple to install and makes this sort of water dispenser into a one hand operation. I find it does drip a little more due to you need to back your glass away for it to turn off. But it beats having both arms in the fridge
