Measure the required grille length and cut it with scissors.

Good, bad, or ugly, I call them like I see them.]These are not panels as much as it is a roll of Nitrile Butadiene Rubber foam. That's not necessarily bad, it's just not quite the way it's advertised. Also, there's nothing peel and stick about it--but it does come with a roll of double-sided tape that smells awful.It's an intriguing product. The NBR foam is resistant to cutting, but it's also quite pliable. You could shape it around curves very easily. I think I'll use this on my garage wall to protect against banging car doors. Product is 140mm wide. The channels are 20mm wide and the ridges are 15mm wide.For installation, I'm assuming you stick the tape to your wall and then put the foam on that. If you're doing more than one row/column, you'd space your tape runs 140cm on center that way one roll of tape can support two panels.The tape roll is 40mm wide.
