Easy to install, easy to adjust. Suspension works great and adjustable to your weight/preference. Less expensive than others that look the same. Time will tell if it was better to pay less

It does not fit the 100 series John Deer lawn mowers so I would say it is NOT UNIVERSAL. It is build well and comfortable to sit on just doesn't fit.
