The reason I bought this for myself and a friend was because it's a charm which can hook onto any bracelet or any watch that you're wearing....genius.... Only had it a few weeks so if there's any further comments in the future I'll come back and update.

It's alittle too large to hang on my med. Alert braclet! It's a good size to put on a chain ans wear around your neck! Wish they would offer a smaller one for a braclet!
