Keeps the hard drive nice and tight in the mount. Works great.

I have an older Lian Li PC-K9B case that I wanted to add a couple of additional drives to. These screws worked just fine for the HDD cage. They were slightly tighter fit than the originals, but that is probably just due to the rubber rings being new. I'm happy with these.

I purchased these to mount more hard drives in my Antec P100 case since you only get 8 with the case when you buy it. The screws fit perfectly in the mounts.

Do not use other screws with this. I made the mistake of using another screw, it made a HDD install hard to install as the shoulder was just slightly shorter which made the grommet get squished. Once I changed the screw, the install was nice and easy.

I put together a DIY NAS and wanted some vibration absorbing screws. These have been perfect for my project. Good fit and look good, and they provide all I needed for the hard drive vibrations.

Got these to fill in the missing ones in my Rosewill Thor V2 HDD trays. They were perfect fits and hold my drives securely. The rubber washers looks like they'll last a long time

Most of the screws are fine (a little rough when screwing in) but a few have been just unusable due to the low quality threads and plating. I've purchased two packs now and both have had duds, so buy extras if you plan to use all of them. There's just okay, not great and be careful you don't strip your drive holes--if they bind, take them out clean out the hole and try another. If you have a tap and die set, maybe clean up the threads before using.

Not exact replacements for every application, but a good solution for most and decent quality.
