The Post and Arm of kdgarden Real Estate Sign Post are made from high grade new PVC vinyl, which is weather resistant and suitable for severe weather conditions. It is also maintenance free that will not peel, pit, rot, blister, warp or crack.
HEAVY DUTY STEEL POWER STAKE
The stainless steel power stake is thick, rust free, hard to break and durable enough for a long working life. It is also well designed to withstand high winds and could easily be set up with a hammer.

kdgarden Realtor Sign Post features a 4"x4"x72" high grade vinyl post and a 2"x3.5"x36" Arm which is supposed to hold up to 24" sign, ideal for various sized signs.
EASY TO SET UP & CLEAN
Only a hammer and a screwdriver are needed for setting up the real estate yard post. Please know that the steel stake can't be inserted into soft soil, otherwise it will shake easily. It is also very easy to clean. Simply wipe away stains with soapy water.
WIDELY USE
The real estate sign posts are perfect for open house, real estate home for sale, banners, custom signs and other business information display likely office hours, contact numbers etc.

Well I can say I was leery as ease of assembling is not my strong suit. But the product was very easy to work with , it looks good when you hang your signs, the plastic is durable and doesnt look like it would fade and will stay bright black. Deffanity you get value for money as I have used these on over a dozen listings. And remember when your installing its about being functional when placing in your car if you dont have a truck!
