Got this as a replacement for a scooter -- this unit worked with a different style bulb compared to the silver ones. I noticed no quality issues with the bulb, found zero issues.The quality of the housing is fine at this price. Haven't had any issues with drifting or loose parts.

I installed this on my 1974 Honda CB360 and it was alright for about 15 night miles until both bulbs just burnt out one after the other while I was riding at night. Luckily I was close to home (I opened the headlight and all of the wiring was extremely hot and malleable. These bulbs aren’t a simple swap in and out because they are a pain to access as well as hard wiring instead of plug and play.

Headlight malfunctioned for my application during a night ride bulb stays very dim didn’t notice it until it got dark and I was stuck the turn signal lights were three times as bright as the headlight other lights did not do this just this one have not asked for a replacement don’t know if I want to chance it the build quality seems fine it’s just very very dim and it is hooked up correctly it also has a tiny fog light bulb in the bottom of the headlight bucket that also helps none it’s a bulb the size of a dash light bulb I don’t recommend this headlight if your using it on the road

Visually, the light looks cool. Amber. Retro. Grill and all.Though, after wiring up the light, the bulb (low beam) burned out immediately. I do not know if this is due to the lack of voltage tolerance (older motorcycles can get upwards of 14V) or what - but I hooked the high beam up (which I didn't intend to use), and the light works just fine. Looks like I'll be upgrading to LED or buying a new bulb.I also yanked the fog bulb because they're pretty much useless on a motorcycle - unsure of the condition that would be in if wire - but who knows if it'd be burnt too.3 stars for looks. -2 for functioning product.
