1. Can this shake blender crush ice cubes?
A: Yes. Please add more than 1/3 liquid and small ice cubes. Push down the cup intermittently to crush hard ingredients and ice cubes. (Pulse Blending)
2. Can this blender crush ice and frozen fruits?
A: It is not recommended. It's mainly for blending fresh fruits, and vegetables with liquid.
3. Why did the blender stop working during use?
A: Our blender has overheating protection. It will stop working as self-protection as long as it is overfilled or has been continuously working for too long. In such a case, you can rest the motor for about 30 minutes for recovery.
4. Do I have to hold the bottle the whole time for it to mix?
A: Yes, you need to hold the cup to blend it. Effortlessly create your favorite dishes within 10 seconds!

Works great for frozen fruits and creames for making smoothies. I have a follow up to my previous review. I had a motor clutch break and contacted the company (Vewior) and it was under warranty, so they're sending a new blender.😁

I really like this smoothie blender because of the quality and items you get for the price. I have tried it for 5 months doing smoothies with ice involved and or frozen fruit. There’s minimal times when there’s unbroken ice left. I did have the motor go bad once but customer support did very well and ultimately they did end up sending me a replacement unit that arrived in 2-3 days

So overall, I wish the functionality was better. I've had it leak and it's hard to get it to blend evenly. But for all the accessories at the price they charge, you really can't complain.

I gave 4 stars because This box was very clearly opened before. It was taped shut, some of the things were re-wrapped, and the shipping label was just slapped on top of the old label on the box. I don’t mind giving an open-box item a second chance, but only when I’m agreeing to that and usually it comes with a discount.BUT I actually have loved this little thing. It blends whatever I throw at it and my smoothies are very smooth! I often fill it past the max line and it still does a great job. I was also extremely impressed with customer service when I had a part that broke. I would buy it again.
