There might be a better tip, but I've never used it. This is a great tool. Actual impact compatible. I have worn these out, but it's like a funeral because you've been together for so long. If you buy more than 1, make sure you put the others in an obvious place that you won't forget because it will be awhile before you need the next one.

This Vega Philips bit wears out so fast and skips and strips the Philips deck Screw it's bad compare to the cheap ass Home Depot DeWalt Philips bit that I was using. And I'm seeing a little bit of denting on the Philips bit I'm only using low powered impact driver and only driven half the box of 2-1/2" Philips Deck Screws. The Quality is bad.
