These nuts fit 2020 series aluminum extrusion. That’s 20mm x 20mm or 20mm x 40mm as found on the inexpensive overland roof racks. Measure yours to see if you have 10 series (1” high) or 2020 series (20mm high). These are for 2020 series.

this is exactly what it says... i coupled these with some knobs and bolts and made very nice cheap clamps.. would recommend

This T nut works great with no spin. Slides well in a 2020 extrusion if not tightened. Picture includes arduino uno for scale
