There are a lot of possible values under this system but only K (10%) and M (20%) are common. Uxcell's carbon film resistors are constructed in higher accuracy (5%).

4 Bands Color Code

  • Uxcell's resistor meets the EIA standard.
  • The first two bands for the resistance value, one multiplier and one tolerance band.
  • To distinguish left from right, there is a gap between the decimal multiplier band and the tolerance band.

Only really needed one resistor, but I ended up with a 50 pack... I guess I'll never have to worry about running out!
