This relay works great. It's picked up by Windows without needing a driver and is identified as a STMicroelectronics Virtual COM Port. This makes it directly addressable by just sending a hex command. Also, I like that this can also be controlled via TTL. But, I do wish that more info was included.

First, this does indeed work. I used Python to send some commands to verify its operation.The relays open and close and there's a handy LED to indicate their status.The only think I would like is a little bit better documentation. Since I'm a bit lazy, I would like to know the number of bytes on the reads for Status - I don't want to write code for a buffer and error checking.Anyway, if you're reading the statuses, you'll need 8 bytes for "ON" and 9 bytes for "OFF" indications.
