The kids accidentally dropped our old one so we got this as a replacement. I know it might be weird to say but compared to the other induction tops we’ve had this one is absolutely beautiful. So not only a functional, but it’s a super sleek and great looking piece that’s perfect for an area where you can’t have a stove… Or like us, you don’t have a stove because you’re waiting for the kitchen to finish ;-pThe features are super easy to use and you can switch between power levels and temperature. While the buttons are basically invisible, their sensitivity makes operation easy.

This thing looks amazing. It's so much easier to clean than the NuWave PIC units I bought 10 years ago that have finally given up the ghost. The flat panel is easy to wipe down, and coupled with the silicone pad that I bought the pan doesn't slide around and cleanup is really easy.The downside is that these multi-region units are a bit quirky since they cater to folks all over and not just for release in the US market. I have to change the temp setting to Fahrenheit every time unless I want to do conversions in my head all the time or ask my digital assistant. I can do that easily, but asking my kids to boil water for a dish or anything will result in me having to remind them the proper setting or how to switch it to degrees F.I'm hopeful that I'll get years of use out of this, especially considering it's nearly twice as expensive as many other comparable units.

This is not a magnetic induction cooktop. That's a lie. It leaves the sides of the pan too cold to cook anything. Don't buy this unless you only want to burn bacon. In that case it would make a fine product.

A great little induction cooker that my son uses regularly when filming his cooking videos. He says it works wonderfully and he hasn't experienced any problems with the pans not working on it. It heats water to boiling pretty quickly. He says there's a learning curve to it but once you get the hang of it you will love it.

Great thin low profile on this. Great for when I want to cook a single pot meal and have it going on the kitchen island while I’m chopping veggies, etc. Also, although I haven’t used it for this yet, would be great on a buffet or serving line to keep a dish warm can you set a specific temperature and not have a hot burner going, especially if kids are around and serving themselves. Also, I’m not sure but it might be great for frying in oil since you can set a temp. I don’t know if the oil would match the temp set but you could adjust but at least you know the temp would be constant. Smooth top making it easy to clean. Great build. Much nicer than the older round one I have that is about 4 times as thick.

Heating is Fast. Delta Temperature Control is Poor. Will Not Maintain Temperature After Heating.I Can Remove the Pan After Heating and the Unit Doesn’t Beep.Default Temperature Display is Celsius. You Can Temporarily Change it to Fahrenheit. You Have to Do it Everytime.

I live in a one room studio with a tiny kitchen area and limited counter space. The studio came with a two burner induction unit, really a heavy beast to maneuver around, especially since it lived on a shelf below my counter.Cooking became more and more seldom as I did not want to deal with “THE THING”…I hadn’t really planned to spend money on another burner, but am so VERY GLAD I did!!!At 66 (5’, 105 lbs) I wanted something light and easy to handle that can be stored away and brought out without physical effort.This super thin one burner unit is not only beautiful and sleek looking, it also absolutely ROCKS in its performance!The heating element starts up incredibly quickly, making boiling coffee water a snap.All the buttons are easy to navigate, which is very well explained in the instruction manual.It lives in a basket under my counter and I absolutely LOVE how light it is!!!Can’t wait to have warm meals again on a very regular basis!
