Quality is probably ok but came poorly packaged. Bag was ripped and at least one had fallen out. I appreciate the amazon delivery person that left everything that had fell out.

Replaced my 17 year old garage door wheels with these new ball bearing wheels. The door was definitely quieter and smoother with the new wheels.I greased the 4 inch metal stems all around with Mobil One grease and sprayed the wheel bearings with Teflon. It’s a pretty simple job for most of the wheels except the two bottom wheels that have brackets that are typically attached to the door springs via stainless cables.DO NOT unbolt the bottom 2 wheel brackets with the stainless pulley cables attached to the door springs. Those brackets are under a LOT of tension and if you remove those bolts under tension, very bad things can happen! There is a way to remove the two bottom wheels on the tension brackets without unbolting them from the door. It requires unbolting a wall bracket (NOT the door bracket) and/or bending the metal track a bit with Vise Grips. Google that process and please proceed with great care.In 2006, I had the original wheels replaced by a “precision” door company and they skipped the bottom wheels in the tension brackets. Now that I’m retired, I did them myself and changed all the wheels.Look at the photo of the 3 wheels. On the left is the new white wheel from Amazon. On the far right, is the “precision” wheel installed by the door company. In the center is the original 1993, non-bearing wheel the “precision” door company was too lazy to replace.Hope this helps, be careful and good luck!

12 nylon rollers for 13 bucks (april 2021). The old metal rollers seemed fine, they spun/rolled well, but weren't "smooth". These are MUCH quieter and much smoother. Pleasantly surprised new rollers made such a difference. ProTip: Use a cresent wrench or similar to bend the lip of the roller track enough to pull the garage door a bit to remove and replace the old rollers, one at a time. After, beat the bend back into shape with a hammer. 10 minutes to replace all of them.

More than satisfactory replacement rollers for a competitive price. Used to replace 20+ year old rusted steel wheels that were falling apart. Unfortunately I waited a couple of weeks too long before replacing them. My garage door required more than a few hours of work to set right again when it went off the tracks and became uneven. I'm sure a pro would have fixed it much faster but I managed to fix it myself in the end. So my advice is to replace your old rusty garage door rollers before they fall apart on you!

I replaced my plastic junk rollers with these rollers myself, easy to do, they make no noise, and I would recommend these for every garage door. Very happy!

High quality, perfect fit, less expensive than other retailers. much quieter, Sealed bearings are good for longer life. . Install was easy for me. I had never done it before. I understand the the two lower ones and two uppers are difficult/dangerous. I left mine on and will drum up the courage one day. Be sure to have a good light you do it with the door closed so it's lower light hard to see. Don't just unbolt the upper lowers. Watch You Tube they had 4 or 5 vids that helped me with technique and to decide if I was capable.

Rollers came as expected, however instead of the advertised set of 10...I received a total of 14 rollers in the package. Also, upon closer inspection; the rollers I received did not match the product photos shown on Amazon and they do not have any mfr stamps to see who made them.Either way...rated the product with 4 starsPrice was inexpensive.Installation was quick and easy (20 minutes).Immediate reduction in the noise level.Rollers could be "goober" product (no mfr stamp). The "metal" ones I replaced were 25 years old....only time will tell how long these new ones will last. Also, you'll find out that your drive motor (I have a screw drive) needs to be dampened as well so rubber grommets at the attachment points will help reduce the noiseOverall, if you're handy...you can't beat the price.
