Nice, thick, material! Poles will not poke a hole through this, unless you are dragging it across the pavement. Very roomy and the zipper is made from a very durable material.

I used two of these bags for a couple years. Zippers were coming apart due to how full we pack these bags. Also fraying of the stitching where the zippers started separating from the rest of the material. The bag's material is not as heavy duty, thick, or rigid as that of other gear bags I've used. The zippers are fantastic. They are large and glide very smooth. Unfortunately the stitching between the zippers and the bag is not as strong as I needed it to be.These bags are longer than the tallest light stands, mic stands, or speaker stands we have...when collapsed of course. What's nice is that the extra length enables fitting more gear in because you can lay the bases and heads of the stands at opposite ends. The bags are two sided with a center divider. I like this. It helps keep them more organized. If there was a bag this length and style with a single large compartment I would probably buy one. But the separation I think might be helping keep gear from getting scratched too badly. I have some very nice and expensive Hercules and Ultimate boom stands and they have survived fairly well.Only down side is that because the gear doesn't take up the length end to end they tend to droop at each end when carried as things shift to each end. I have not found a better bag and am still using the ones that have stitching problems.

I prob should give this product 5 stars, because it is a good quality bag, however This bag is way too big for the speaker stands that according to the description this bag is meant for.

Bag is very sturdy, well made and big enough to hold extra long speaker stands. I recommend it without reservation.
