I got this with the intentions of actually being able to use it, but that's not a thing...When I plug it in, it says "Ulanzi Starting Up", but will not do anything further on the screen.I had reached out, and they sent me a .bat file with zero instructions on what to do with it. On a Mac, have fun opening a batch file. So I thought maybe try my PC, and run the batch file from there. No dice.I had reached back out on both Facebook Messenger and email, but they have not gotten back to me.Do yourself a favor and spend a little more on a better quality product.

I ordered this as an alternative to the Elgato Streamdeck. I very much like the button layout, and found it useful, however I think it will be better once more apps become available for it.

It's almost half the price of the competition but works extremely well. I was skeptic if it'd work on a Mac but was pleasantly surprised.The buttons are big and bright and very responsive, the plugins marketplace could be better (no slack plugin yet) but if you're savvy enough you'll be able to customize everything the way you want.If you're looking for an every level deck look no further.

Unfortunately, this did NOT work for streaming using OBS. It will allow you to link to start/stop a stream, but you cannot switch scenes or do other tasks within the OBS software. Very disappointing. I reached out to customer service and got no reply. There is little to no support documentation online for this product besides a 5 minute AI video on what features are available, but you cannot actually reach anyone to ask specific questions. Again - very disappointed. I'll stick with the Elgato.

The ULANZI D200 U-Studio Stream Controller is a fantastic tool for streamlining my workflow as a content creator. The 14 LCD keys and 13 macro keys provide quick and easy access to a wide range of functions in OBS, Twitch, YouTube, and other applications. This thing is much more useful than I initially thought it would be. Especially when It comes to my workflow for working with Photoshop etc. Is nice to have the ability to make custom button macros and have it simplify the work process. Nice and solid build and seems very sturdy. I dont do any streaming so I haven't tested that aspect of it yet but I can see where this would be very useful to have if you do any of that as well.

The description mentions 14 customizable keys. I assume this meant I could at least display an image of my choosing on the large button. So far I don't see how to do that and I haven't received a response from the manufacturer. I haven't really used it yet since this is the first thing I've tried to do and can't. If I can get it working I'll move on to the other functions -- so far they seem OK but I want to display an app-specific logo on the large button.

The quality of the "stream controller" is great, weirdly enough it actually feels better quality than the big-name Streamdeck.The downside is the stand it sits on, it just sits there loosely which to me isn't a huge deal but makes it so I have to push buttons with my thumb while my other fingers grab onto the device itself.Initially, the software was buggy but after several new software updates its become stable.
