This is not 24x36, his is 22x34 including the frame which leaves even less usable space of the actual board.

I purchased the U Brands Chalkboard for my cart. I teach in a school with students having behavior disorders. They are always pulling at the chalkboard, wanting to write on it, and it has held up beautifully. I would highly recommend this brand to do the job, even under duress!

Leaves a cloudy area when trying to erase chalk. Should be much easier to erase. Delivered initially to the wrong address and I had to physically go out and try to track it down. Was left at my neighbors house, but that's the delivery companies fault not the sellers.

First one came damaged in the corner & the chalkboard was falling out of the wood frame. Submitted photos and asked for a replacement because it seemed it was damaged in shipping. Shipped the old one back and got a new one. I had it leaning against a wall waiting to be installed and it tipped forward and the frame busted on this one as well. With almost no force! Very cheaply made & not happy with this product at all.

A very nice size chalkboard. Comes with connections to be able to place on the wall, but I liked it better propped on a stand. It was perfect for my wedding. Smooth surface makes it better for chalk markers rather than actual chalk though. Thin, but durable.

I received the first one cracked but ups picked it up the next day and it took 6 days to get a replacement. That was the only problem. Otherwise the size is exactly what I needed! I had the exact same one before and it lasted about 5 years before it broke. So good for the price! I use it for my sons first day of school update each year. And I like the size it shows how much he grows every year too!
