Love my heat press. Easy to use and so far has lasted. Wish I would have bought a bigger one but this does as it should.

At first I ABSOLUTELY loved this product it was did but I needed it to do and then less then a year after I bought it the heating element went out. I tried multiple different times to try and contact the company to get a new heating element and was going to buy it. The email address they have up is NOT a valid email address. They have option for support chat nothing. I’m out $150 I will not but this product again let alone this brand very dissatisfied!

This is an excellent product fir the price. t is very easy to use. It is a great value for your money. We have a very small storage area and it fits perfectly.

You'd think a kit would come with instructions and things you need to include extra stuff you'd need to buy but they do not. Nonetheless, once you aquire everything the machine works like a charm.

Nice product. Works great for making tumblers. Coffee Mugs are a little more challenging with the handle. To ensure getting it wrapped tight enough on one kind I had a hard time getting the entire wrap around image and then the handle snapped as it was being pressed.One downside is once the machine is up to temp and you out in the ceramic mug or stainless tumbler the temp drops and you have to wait for it to come back up. But while the cup in just sitting there it's still partially heating the design.Otherwise I really like this machine and works better than the oven

We bought this to be able to do bigger tumblers with and was a little skeptical when I first opened it and noticed that there was a knot in the clamp they sent me out a new clamp I have not used it very much it does work very well I did however by a tumbler oven it is built very well mine did come loosely put together we did have to tighten it up

So I got this press based on the reviews, yes knowing it would stink but that's the only bad thing that can be said about it I'm ok. Unboxing was simple and everything was nicely packaged. I got a package of Glass Tumblers heated at 400 degrees for 180 seconds and bam my first glass tumbler for my daughter and everything came out nice. Now I did buy and epson 2800 for sublimation and found sublimation ink here that didn't need an icc file and I did get the Asub Sublimation paper from Amazon as well, but all these quality items combined helped make my first sublimation goes easy with out headache.
