Cast aluminum construction, tracks true and fits nicely on a dedicated Bauer (harbor freight) grinder with a 43mm head. Has the right 5/8-11 thread for US grinders. Adapters work well, no issues with getting it snug and stable. Works great for cleaning up 1.75” DOM tube. Buy some better sanding belts, it comes w/ 3 cheapies in 60/80/120 grit.

Typical of a lot of Amazon Chinese cheap made crap! I specifically purchased this model because it was cast aluminum. The problem is the casting is very poor quality. The clamp broke upon assembly uses very little force to tighten it. I was very careful tightening for fear of it breaking and it still broke. Straight to the trash can.

Le produit est vendu comme s'il "peut être assorti à la plupart des meuleuses d'angle de 125 mm". Au déballage des articles on voit bien les 6 bagues d'adaptations qui toutes se montent sur mes deux meuleuses d'angles, l'une de marque Hitachi l'autre Basch bleu. Mais une fois les bagues montées, ça ne passe plus dans le support en fonte d'aluminium. J'ai dû résoudre le problème en coupant la bague métal afin de pouvoir la monter avec l'Hitachi. Alors, une fois monté, ça marche très bien mais on est loin d'un outil polyvalent comme indiqué. Il serait bien, si on ne veut pas être taxé de publicité mensongère, d'indiquer les marques avec lesquelles le support est compatible. Donc attention avant d'acheter !

Went to tighten the bolt that holds it in and the frame broke. Tighten by hand.Don't waste your money, like I did.

Bought this for sanding old drill press I'm rehabbing. Easy to put together and really works well. Takes a little to get used to but what a time saver. This product would be great on a variable speed grinder. Now I would love some 800 grit belts.
