The 1/4” to 1/8” reducer elbow came cross threaded onto the hose. Luckily the brass elbow gave and not the hose or I would have returned. Had to buy a replacement elbow to use. It does the trick if you’re just a hobbyist but watch out, there’s not much quality control.
