The product is good, but shipping was horrible. no packing and both boxes were open and parts were banging against each other. If I ddin't need them today, I would send them back.

Purchased for use with 3-compartment commercial sink. Great in that it extends to all 3 sinks, yet not far enough to where one could accidentally run water outside front of sink. High enough profile for washing large items in deep sinks yet swivels out of the away when not needed. Also considerably less pricey than overhead commercial sprayer faucets but still does the job. Excellent buy for small private school kitchen upgrade.

I received this the next day after I placed my order. It is the usual high quality T&S Brass and it fit into the opening quickly and smoothly with no leaks. Finally I can use the 3 basins with ease. I had a 16" straight nozzle and this was essentially unusable in the middle sink, and it spilled over the front when moved from one side to the other. So, this is the perfect solution!
