Package arrived looking like it had been used as a soccer ball. Broken, torn and open with product sticking out. One part was missing, an end cap. Called company. Got a real person on the line right away. Explained the issue. Three days later 2 new end caps and a t-shirt arrived. Customer service is 10/10. The rebounder is also a 10/10 for quality. Will definitely buy from this company again.

Got it for my 10 year old nephew.Pros:Very lightweight! But very sturdy!!!Short assembly time (took me maybe 40 min probably 15 min with 2 people)Functions great as advertised.Cons:Assembly really easy EXCEPT the holes weren’t cut properly in one of the bars and didn’t line up. Thankfully it was in an area that wasn’t essential to how the net functions.I contacted customer service. They responded promptly. They said they would send a replacement part but I don’t think they ever did.

The net is great. its the most used backyard item that our family has ever purchased. Highly recommend for any ages. But the net is no longer the best part of the experience for me. Several months ago, my dog chewed up the net and we were bummed because we didn't see an option to purchase the net separately and I have been to cheap to purchase another full unit on Amazon. So today, I googled Trigon sports called them directly (they are small business based in Memphis, TN) and the owner happened to pick up the phone. I told him they we loved their product but I had a puppy that destroyed the net. He said he happened to have an out of the box net he could send to me for free. Man, what a nice win to start my day and so I am writing my first Amazon review to pay it forward. Thanks Jason at Trigon Sports.

This product is what I've been searching for! Easy to install, safe and quiet. My kids and I play all the time and never have a problem. The elastic attachments work great and the net frame is sturdy. Perfect product!

This is a well constructed, easy to assemble rebounder that serves it’s purpose in maximizing your time spent on the ball. Practicing shooting on a regular goal would meaning having to retrieve the ball each time you take a shot. The net rebounds well. Unfortunately after a couple of weeks of owning it, our neighbors dog ran into it at break-neck speed and bent the bottom portion of the frame, I explained this to the company and they are sending me a replacement of the bent pieces at no cost to me even though this was a freak accident and not a fault in their product. The company has earned my business and recommendations for life.

I played highschool soccer with a pretty strong kick and this thing will hold up without issue to my strikes. It does require me to use the ground anchors but it doesnt rock or move when I hit it even on the top corners. Assembly was easy to do overall. Fitting the elastic bands around the net was difficult for the first ten or so, after that the other 20 were easy to put on. Has great recoil. Can strike and hit it from inside 18 yards and have it come back to you easily. Get in dozens of shots with a single ball in very short time frame. Only had for 3 months so far but holding up well in the Michigan summer and rain. No rust yet.

We have been using this rebounder in our backyard for the past year, and it has been great. I can't imagine a better rebounder. I researched several and have also used one by Skilz and Franklin. This Trigon rebounder is the best. The net is firm and the frame is robust and sturdy. We have kids using it from 8-14 years old, and I have also used it. It can rebound as hard of shots as I can kick. It is great for shooting or passing or using as a goal for backyard games. The only problem is the bar going across the bottom will sometimes cause a ball on the ground to pop us and not rebound. That is a trade off for the firmness. It comes with four large stakes to secure it in the ground. These may or may not be needed depending on the force of shots into it and the type of surface it is on.This is definitely the rebounder I would recommend. I think it is the best weather resistant one too.

Bought for my 12yr old son and 10yr old daughter. Strong and durable. They pound on it, holding up well in backyard. Per previous review, keep locking nuts on bolts facing inside of tubing when assembling. I had to wiggle tubing pieces and swap around one or two (but they are numbered so easy to figure out)- best to dry fit, but everything lines up. Netting goes on tight, so really rebounds ball.Fantastic customer service from seller on any questions or issues. I'm very pleased with purchase (almost bought a standard goal, but rebounder is the way to go to maximize kicks and work on drills versus retrieving soccer ball in goal). Size is perfect (large enough goal target to work on placing the ball, anything bigger would be an overkill).
