haven't used them yet / only the fair weather ones. but Colorado does get ice and slippery leaves.happy to be out walking and not marooned in my home fearing fallingenjoy walking upright too

This was a gift for someone hard to buy for very picky. When she opened it her face lit up. She put it right on her wrist and showed with friends. The quality is very good. It is very elegant yet casual at the same time.

Trekking poles are great for travel off the beaten path. But sometimes I find myself wanting to carry one or two when in less remote areas, including walking paths that may be hard pack/paved. These tips are a great option to cover the steel tips when on paved paths. They also work well for keeping those steel tips safe when loading in the car. I don't know yet how durable they will be in the long run, but for now, I'm saying yes, I would recommend these.

These have trekked all over several states. Seven bridges in colorado, Garden of the gods trails, Barr camp trail,Bridal wreath falls in Arizona, All over page AZ, Horse shoe bend etc. etc. After all the rock we recently traversed I expected them to be pretty worn down but nope. I turned my trekking poles over and was pretty shocked almost as good as new. I read some reviews that claimed they were not durable. I cant believe i have the same product as in those reviews. Rock, Pavement, Concrete, Sand, gravel etc etc and they hold up great.

Bought these for trip thru Iceland. These additional tips allowed us to pick the right footing while using walking poles.

This is the most common tip I use. I would suggest that an extra set of these tips should come with the walking sticks.

I only used them for couple hikes so far, but I like that there is space left where the tip of the pole goes, so that the sharp point does not press directly into the rubber. And they are made of quite a sturdy rubber material.

Great product - heavy weight pole tips, good value, perfect fit on my Trekology poles. Previous pole tips had lasted 4 months with daily use.
