It does the job. Keeps head straight for support, but the memory foam is not as soft as your standard neck pillow. Got a deal for a pair, so jumped on it. Value wise, you get what you pay for, but at least it helps prevent neck aches on plane rides. It helps that you can roll it up.

I recently purchased this pillow and thought I’d try it on a road trip. This is so comfortable and really kept my head from slouching to either side and with the Velcro wrapped around the headrest on the vehicle really made a difference not allowing my head to slouch forward either. That is so good!!
