Helped me to sleep better on the plane, then my other pillows. Lots of neck support. I only gave it 4 stars because the Velcro at times would scratch my chin.

It seems to be bit tall. I have a shorter neck and it comes up past my ears. It is almost like having a neck brace on. However, it has helped my neck not to hurt when I travel. I am very happy about that!
